Who it's for
Homeowners noticing overflowing gutters, staining down walls, or damp patches near the roofline. Also landlords and factors who need gutters kept clear as routine maintenance across a property or block.
Weathered or rotten fascia and soffit boards are usually spotted at the same time as guttering issues — we'll flag it at survey if yours need attention.
Fascia & soffit replacement
Weathered timber and UPVC roofline replaced cleanly, no mess left behind.
Fascia and soffit boards take a battering from Scottish weather over the years — cracking, rotting or discolouring. Beyond the look of the property, damaged fascia lets water and pests behind the roofline.
We replace like-for-like or upgrade to low-maintenance UPVC, matched to guttering work if it's needed at the same time.

Frequently asked
How often should gutters be cleared?
Once a year is a sensible minimum for most properties, more often if you're near mature trees. Blocked gutters are one of the most common causes of damp and water damage we're called out for.
What are the signs my gutters need attention?
Water overflowing during rain, staining down the outside walls, sagging sections, or damp patches appearing inside near the roofline are the main signs. Any of these are worth getting looked at.
UPVC or timber fascia — which is better?
UPVC needs less ongoing maintenance and handles Scottish weather well, which is why most replacements go this way. Timber can suit certain period properties better. We'll advise based on your property at survey stage.
Can you fix a small section without replacing the whole run?
Often yes — a lot of guttering and fascia issues are localised. We'll only recommend a full replacement where it's genuinely the better long-term option, not by default.
